Pleasant Heat Medley

Pleasant Heat is delicious and spicy! This medley is comprised of roasted red peppers with a rich, spicy flavor. We don't know what we were thinking when we named these peppers other than the heat sneaks up on you. Pleasant Heat doesn't begin to give any justice to the enormous flavor crammed into this medley! Just remember, start small when adding the peppers. The more you add, the more intense the flavor becomes.

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Dried Chile and option with added Sun-dried Tomatoes.
